Successful applications depend on your spray tips and proper operation of your sprayer equipment.
The Pattern CheckTM is a visual aid that helps determine whether
spray patterns are correct. It will show a uniform distribution pattern when the pressure, boom height,
nozzle spacing and spray tips are working correctly.
| What Causes Tip Failure? |
Several factors can contribute to spray tip failure:
- Clogged strainers or spray tip
- Excess or low boom pressure
- Worn spray tips
- Incorrect overlap
- Damaged spray tips
- Incorrect height

| How It Works |

To use the 34" x 46" Pattern CheckTM lay it flat below the
spray tips. After spraying on Pattern Check's corrugated surface, raise it to a vertical
upright position. The ball indicators will then rise in the captured fluid to indicate levels
of distribution.

NEW SPRAY TIPS
Produce a uniform distribution when properly overlapped.

WORN SPRAY TIPS
Have a higher output with more spray concentrated under each tip.

DAMAGED SPRAY TIPS
Have a very eratic output over-applying and under-applying.
